THE PUZZLE
Optex America’s old site had started to show its age. Built on Craft CMS, it was growing harder to manage, with outdated mobile behavior, navigation limitations, and mounting security concerns. Internally, the marketing team lacked the tools to make updates without developer support. Externally, customers had to dig to find relevant products across multiple divisions. The company needed a modern site that was easier to use, easier to manage, and aligned with their brand across global markets.
THE SOLUTION
We transitioned Optex America to Webflow and rebuilt their site from the ground up, with a design that was clean, responsive, and structured around real user behavior. Product filtering and navigation were overhauled to help visitors get where they need to go faster, drawing inspiration from other Optex sites while tailoring the experience to the U.S. market. We introduced reusable templates, a new homepage layout, and CMS training for the Optex team to take ownership of content moving forward. Subtle motion and visual hierarchy added just enough polish without compromising clarity or speed.
THE IMPACT
The new Webflow site is fast, secure, and far easier to maintain. Internal teams now have full control over updates, promotions, and product changes without having to file tickets or wait on dev resources. Product discovery is more intuitive, the brand feels consistent and elevated, and the entire experience is built to scale with the business. What used to be a maintenance burden is now a tool for growth.
