THE PUZZLE
Cirtec Medical had grown well beyond its identity as a components manufacturer, but its digital presence still said otherwise. As a company providing end-to-end solutions for Class II and III medical devices, Cirtec needed a brand and website that reflected the sophistication of its offerings and communicated its full value to both clients and investors. Internally, their marketing team also lacked the tools to manage content efficiently, resulting in bottlenecks and missed opportunities. The site’s structure, tone, and design didn’t support the scale or complexity of their business.
THE SOLUTION
We partnered with Cirtec on a complete rebrand and website overhaul, beginning with foundational brand strategy and a visual identity refresh. After defining positioning, messaging, and design principles, we moved into a full redesign and rebuild of the website using Webflow. The site was engineered to handle Cirtec’s wide range of services, from product development to manufacturing, while also integrating recruiting tools and SEO best practices. Advanced CMS capabilities allowed the internal team to take control of content updates across key marketing, product, and career pages.
THE IMPACT
The new site launched as part of Cirtec’s broader market repositioning strategy. It now clearly communicates their capabilities, accelerates lead generation, and supports HR functions with a streamlined careers section. The Webflow CMS empowered the internal team to take ownership of updates, reducing time-to-publish from days to minutes. With improved site speed, accessibility, and SEO, Cirtec is better positioned to scale its digital presence in step with its business growth.
