To dominate the largest and fastest growing entertainment industry in the world (see: video games), companies have to be savage — downright filthy — when it comes to their talent and their tech. Hi-Rez knew it needed more than some loyal players and sick games, it needed to platform their state-of-the-art game studios and attract top notch talent. Enter: Paper Tiger.
On a killer new corporate site that promoted their flagship products, Paladins and Smite, it was also important to incorporate community platforms that could scale with the growth of the Hi-Rez’ player following. So we teamed up with their internal dev team for a rad combo move: a corporate site that put the employee value proposition front and center to attract next-generation techies, and a series of gaming sites geared towards the younger audiences climbing the player ranks.
