THE SOLUTION
We rebuilt the Britax website from the ground up with a D2C-first mindset. Our team reorganized the site architecture to reduce friction and help users get to products faster. We created a clean design system focused on trust and usability, edited high-resolution product photography for performance, and streamlined the checkout experience. The UI puts safety first without sacrificing ecommerce efficiency, and the scalable component library makes future updates easy for the internal team.
