Enterprise Webflow rebuild and brand system for Narvar
Case study: Narvar's rebuild on Webflow Enterprise. A new brand system, multilingual support, and one structure replacing a reverse proxy tangle.

Narvar's rebrand gave us a foundation, not a finished system. We extended it into a working web language: type scale, color roles, spacing logic, motion behavior, and a component library documented well enough that people who weren't in the room could use it correctly.
That last part is the difference between a brand system and a brand deck. Narvar's internal product teams needed to build on this without calling us, so we built for handoff from the start. The system now runs across marketing and product, which means new work starts from a decision that's already been made rather than a debate about hex codes.
THE PUZZLE
Narvar had grown into the category leader in post-purchase, working with 1,500+ retail brands and processing billions of consumer interactions a year. The website had not kept pace. A reverse proxy setup made routine updates fragile and error-prone, language sites existed for regions with no active business, mobile performance dragged, and the whole thing sat on a Webflow configuration that fought back every time someone tried to change something. Building a new page meant asking a developer and waiting.
The complicating factor: Narvar was mid-rebrand. So this was not a matter of applying a fresh coat of paint to old architecture. The site needed to express a new identity that was still being defined, and it needed to hold up as the company kept moving.
THE SOLUTION
We audited the reverse proxy, mapped the dependencies, and made the case for removing it. Then we consolidated the language sites down to the ones that served real markets and rebuilt multilingual support through Weglot, starting with Japanese, without sacrificing load speed or link equity. The site moved to Webflow Enterprise, which gave the team the localization tools, performance headroom, and publishing controls the old setup could not.
The rebuild is fully modular. Every page is assembled from a component library extended out of the rebrand, so the marketing team can mix, reorder, and launch new content without a developer in the loop. Page speed and SEO fundamentals were rebuilt alongside the visual work rather than bolted on at the end, which is the only order that actually works.
THE IMPACT
Narvar now has a site that matches the company. It loads fast, reads clearly on mobile, ranks properly, and serves Japanese-speaking customers without a parallel site to maintain.
The bigger shift is who controls the site. Marketing can spin up new pages on their own, in an afternoon, and the result looks right because the system won't let it look wrong. That was not possible before. The component library also gave Narvar a shared visual language across marketing and product, which means the next thing they build starts from a foundation instead of a debate.
