Healr is a telehealth platform that combines naturopathic and functional medicine, but their original site lacked clarity and emotional resonance. The brand was credible and the product was strong, yet the digital experience didn’t fully express the value or guide users effectively. Messaging was dense, the navigation lacked flow, and content updates were too complex for the internal team to manage. What started as a content refresh quickly revealed the need for a much deeper overhaul.

THE SOLUTION

We partnered with Healr to reimagine the entire site experience. Working within their Webflow setup, we rewrote key messaging, streamlined the information architecture, and redesigned every major page for better clarity, trust, and conversion. We rebuilt the CMS to be flexible and intuitive, giving the Healr team full control over updates and new content. Visuals were refreshed with a softer, more welcoming aesthetic, and lightweight animations were added to help guide users through the journey without distraction.
