Website redesign for the company you've become

Your site made sense a few years ago. Since then the product changed, the pitch changed, and the homepage is still describing the old company to new buyers.

What a redesign should fix

Your site made sense a few years ago, but the product and the pitch have moved on. We rebuild the message, the design, and the platform in one engagement, with senior people who plan, design, and build alongside your team.

Decide what the site says first.

A redesign that starts with moodboards ends with a prettier version of the same problem. We start with positioning, audience, and a sitemap. The design has something to say before it has a color palette.

Build around how people decide.

B2B buyers rarely decide alone. The person who finds you, the person who uses the product, and the person who signs off all need different answers at different times. We plan the site around how your buyers actually decide, not around your org chart.

Rankings intact, or better.

Content audit, redirect map, and metadata migration are inside the scope, not a line item added later. A redesign that loses organic traffic didn't finish the job.

Strategy

Redesign starts with what the site needs to say.

We interview the people who sell, the people who buy, and the people who chose someone else. From that we build the positioning, the messaging architecture, and a sitemap that matches how buyers actually evaluate you. This phase is short, and it's where the redesign is won or lost.

What's included
  • Stakeholder and customer interviews
  • Competitor and category audit
  • Positioning and messaging architecture
  • Sitemap and content model
  • Analytics and SEO baseline
Who it's for

Companies whose product moved faster than their marketing, and teams that can't agree on what the homepage should say.

Design

A design system, delivered as a website.

Creative direction, then a Figma design system with tokens and components, then templates for every page type in the sitemap. Motion, illustration, and photography direction are part of it. The goal is a site where the tenth page after launch looks like it belongs with the first.

What's included
  • Creative direction
  • Figma design system with tokens and components
  • Templates for every page type
  • Motion and interaction design
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA
Who it's for

Brands that want the redesign to be noticed and to hold up as the site grows.

Build

Launched without losing traffic.

We build on Webflow as a component system with a properly modeled CMS. Before launch: a full redirect map, metadata migration, cross-device QA, and performance tuning. After launch: monitoring, fixes, and training, so adding a page means assembling components rather than opening a ticket. If you're on another platform, the migration is part of the scope.

What's included
  • Webflow build from approved design
  • CMS architecture and content migration
  • Integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo
  • Conversion paths for demos, trials, and inquiries
  • Redirect map and metadata migration
  • QA, performance, and launch
  • Training, documentation, and 30 days of post-launch support
Who it's for

Teams that need the redesign to land on a platform they can run, and can't afford a traffic dip to get there.

What to expect

Every engagement is built around one outcome.

Every engagement is scoped to a single, defined outcome. You'll know what we're solving, what success looks like, and when we're done. No expanding statements of work, no surprise phases.

Some projects start with a short planning sprint, when the right answer isn't clear yet. Most move straight into strategy, design, and build. Either way, the people you meet in the first conversation are the ones who carry it to launch.

01. Diagnose
We start with a working session, a review of what you have, and a clear write-up of what's actually getting in the way.
02. Plan
You get a roadmap with priorities, sequencing, and the specific places where experience will save time, money, or rework.
03. Build
We design and build alongside your team, train as we go, and document everything so the knowledge stays after launch.

About our agency
FAQ

How much does a website redesign cost?

It depends on page types, content volume, and whether messaging and brand are in scope, so we price our website redesign services project by project. Tell us what you're trying to change and a budget range if you have one, and we'll give you a realistic number after one conversation. The number we quote is the number you pay.

How long does a website redesign take?

Most redesigns run 12 to 20 weeks from kickoff to launch: one to three weeks of discovery, three to five of strategy, four to six of design, and four to six of build, testing, and training. Faster is possible when the sitemap is small or the brand is already solid.

Will a redesign hurt our search rankings?

Not when redirects and metadata are inside the scope. We audit existing content, map every URL, and migrate titles and descriptions before launch. Redesigns lose traffic when pages disappear without redirects, and we don't let that happen.

Do we have to switch platforms?

No, but most clients do. We build on Webflow because it's the platform where a marketing team can actually own the result. If you're on WordPress or HubSpot, the migration folds into the project.

What if we only need a refresh?

Then we'll say so. A refresh keeps the structure and updates the design and messaging in place. A redesign changes the structure. We scope the one you need, and sometimes that's the smaller one.

Do you write the copy?

Messaging architecture and page-level copy direction are part of every project, and full copywriting is available when it's in scope. Design can't fix a page that doesn't know what it's saying.

How do you measure whether the redesign worked?

We set the baseline before we start: organic traffic, conversion on key pages, inquiries or demo requests, and how long it takes your team to publish a new page. We check it again at 30 and 90 days after launch.

Who from our side needs to be involved?

One decision-maker, one marketing lead, and access to a few salespeople and customers for interviews. Most projects need about two hours a week from your side during strategy and less during build.
