A Webflow site that won't need rebuilding in two years

Webflow is the right platform for a lot of organizations. It's the wrong platform when it's set up badly: a rushed first build, the wrong CMS model, custom code nobody on the team can maintain. Untangling that later costs more than getting it right the first time.

Why Webflow, and why us

Webflow is the right platform when it's set up right. We design in Figma, build in Webflow, and hand your team a site they can run, without rebuilding it in two years.

Webflow doesn't ship with a system.

Webflow gives a marketing team a site they can edit. It doesn't give them a design system, a component library, or an information architecture that holds up when page forty ships. That's the part we're for.

Enterprise is a practice, not a badge.

We've shipped Webflow Enterprise builds for companies with security reviews, SSO, localization, and a legal team that reads every page. Enterprise features and pricing come up in the first conversation, not as a surprise at contract.

Your rankings move with you.

Every URL on the old site is mapped before design starts. Content moves by script, not copy-paste. The new site runs on staging in parallel until cutover, and we watch Search Console and analytics for two weeks after launch.

Design and development

Figma first, built to last.

Every site starts in Figma as a system: tokens, components, and page templates, not forty individual mockups. Then we build in Webflow the way engineers build software: a class system with a naming convention, components with properties, CMS collections modeled before anything gets styled, and custom code only where Webflow stops. The result is a site your marketing team can extend for years and a build the next developer can read.

What's included
  • Figma design system with tokens and components
  • Webflow build from approved design
  • CMS architecture and collection design
  • Custom code and integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Segment
  • Performance tuning and Core Web Vitals
  • Cross-device QA and accessibility audit
  • Team training and documentation
Who it's for

Marketing and web teams that need a site they can own, and engineering leaders who'd like the website off their backlog.

Migration

Moving to Webflow, rankings intact.

Most WordPress sites being migrated to Webflow are held together by plugins, templates, or workarounds nobody remembers adding. We audit what you have, decide what Webflow does natively, what needs custom code, and what you can finally delete. Custom post types and fields become Webflow collections, metadata comes along, and HubSpot forms and tracking stay in place through embeds.

What's included
  • Platform and plugin audit with a replacement map
  • Webflow CMS model, with content migrated by script
  • Full redirect map, tested on staging
  • Metadata carried over from Yoast, RankMath, or your current CMS
  • Domain, DNS, and SSL cutover with a rollback plan
  • Two weeks of post-launch monitoring
Who it's for

Teams paying to keep an old platform alive, and teams on a platform chosen for a different company size.

Enterprise

Webflow Enterprise for regulated and global brands.

Webflow Enterprise is a different engagement. Procurement, InfoSec, and Legal are in the room, and the site has to pass their review before it passes yours. We've been through that review with fintech, healthcare, and public media clients. We know what Enterprise costs, what it includes, and when you don't need it.

What's included
  • Enterprise plan scoping and pricing guidance
  • SSO and role-based publishing
  • Localization and multi-site setup
  • Security and compliance documentation for your review
  • Ongoing support and retainer options
Who it's for

Companies leaving a legacy CMS with IT, security, and legal involved, and brands running more than one site.

What to expect

Every engagement is built around one outcome.

Every engagement is scoped to a single, defined outcome. You'll know what we're solving, what success looks like, and when we're done. No expanding statements of work, no surprise phases.

Some projects start with a short planning sprint, when the right answer isn't clear yet. Most move straight into strategy, design, and build. Either way, the people you meet in the first conversation are the ones who carry it to launch.

01. Diagnose
We start with a working session, a review of what you have, and a clear write-up of what's actually getting in the way.
02. Plan
You get a roadmap with priorities, sequencing, and the specific places where experience will save time, money, or rework.
03. Build
We design and build alongside your team, train as we go, and document everything so the knowledge stays after launch.

About our agency
FAQ

What does a Webflow agency do that a freelancer doesn't?

Strategy, a design system, and someone to call in a year. A freelancer builds pages. We design the system those pages come from, handle integrations and QA, and are still around when you need the next thing.

Are you a Webflow Enterprise partner?

Yes. Paper Tiger is a Webflow Enterprise Premium Partner. We've delivered multiple Enterprise builds, work directly with Webflow's enterprise team, and can scope Enterprise features and pricing before you talk to Webflow sales.

Will we lose search rankings when we migrate?

Not if the migration is run as a data project. Every URL gets a redirect, metadata moves with the content, and we watch Search Console after launch. Sites that lose rankings in a migration lost them to missing redirects, not to the platform.

How long does a Webflow project take?

A straight migration of an existing design runs four to eight weeks, depending on content volume. A full design and build usually runs 12 to 20 weeks. We scope in fixed phases, so you know the timeline before you sign.

Do we need Webflow Enterprise?

Only if you need SSO, advanced roles, localization, or a very large CMS. Most sites under a few thousand pages run well on a Business plan. We'll tell you which you need before you buy either.

Can we keep HubSpot forms and tracking?

Yes. Forms, CTAs, and tracking scripts embed cleanly in Webflow, and leads route the same way they did before.

Can our marketing team edit the site after launch?

That's the point. Every project ends with training, documentation, and a site built so that adding a page means assembling components, not calling us.
