When most people think of carseats and strollers, they think Britax. And despite the overhaul of countless brick-and-mortar retailers to the likes of Amazon (thanks, Bezos?), the long time legacy of this brand was still managing to thrive. But they knew to keep momentum rolling, they’d need to let die the “this is the way we’ve always done things” mentality and step into something bigger.
The name of this project’s game? An e-commerce experience that was all about conversions. Team Paper Tiger implemented best practices for high-converting product pages, featuring useful product information that would speak right to the parents and families we were putting Britax in front of. We accelerated load times. We simplified checkout flow. And then, we sat back and watched the magic happen.
